So you know who you are dealing with!
You might have gotten the impression that we’re a bit arrogant or overly confident when we communicate clearly—and sometimes provocatively. But unfortunately, we’ve had our fill of marketing jargon and buzzword bingo. We don’t want to make a big fuss that creates noise but achieves nothing sustainable, or set ourselves apart from the competition with new buzzwords that describe the old. Because in the end, it always comes down to standardized know-how that has been proven over decades—the same water everyone cooks with. But without pandering, rather with clear goals.
It’s time to put people at the center—that’s the essence of everything we’ve learned from many perspectives over more than 25 years. We work as a team, don’t sugarcoat anything, and address everything head-on, because that’s what benefits you. That’s why it’s important to us to work with companies that truly want to change.
Mag. (FH) Claudia Bruckschwaiger
I am a trainer and UX strategy consultant specializing in human-centered, sustainable, and needs-oriented transformation and innovation management. For over 20 years, I have been exploring the interdisciplinary integration of diverse technologies, with a strong emphasis on ethical, data-driven solution development. After founding an international startup and gaining project experience in software design, digital strategy, and human resources in a leadership role, I now work on strategic digitalization projects with startups, SMEs, and large corporations. My primary focus is on evaluating and aligning user and corporate strategic needs to enable the sustainable implementation of innovation.
Since 2017, I have been a lecturer in interaction design in Salzburg.
To support UX professionals internationally, I serve as Vice President of the association for the International Accreditation of UX Professionals and Quality Assurance in the fields of UX, Usability, and Human-Centered Design (IAPUX). I am also active in Europe with the professional association (UXPA) and in Austria with Austrian Standards (ISO 9241).

Empowering companies to do the right things in the right ways for the right reasons! This has kept me busy now for close to 30 years, during which time I have worked as an industrial anthropologist and trainer in the areas of user experience, human-centred strategy and usability. I have developed my expertise by working as a freelance consultant, as a manager in agencies, in industry and as a UX manager at Microsoft; it was and is sharpened by my many years of work in national and international standardization. I am founder and convenor of the working group 52.66 "Human-system Interaction" of Austrian Standards... and for some standards I am responsible as editor (ISO 9241-100 and ISO 9241-161).
As an author and keynote speaker dedicated to a holistic approach to human-centered strategy, sustainability and ethics in the age of digitalization, my contributions pop up here and there... and then you may stumble across one or the other - or about my short stories in “Der bemerkenswerte Herr Mirchow”.
Our Network
Because we know we can’t do everything on our own, enjoy working as a team, or simply need some extra help from time to time, we’ve built up a network of specialists. They’re all internationally renowned experts in their fields, and we can say—they’re our business family!
